Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a subtenant for my cozy 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, is very quiet, and pets are absolutely welcome! The dishwasher in the kitchen was just completely replaced and is super modern.

Regarding the move-in date: I'm currently looking for something bigger and waiting for a definitive confirmation for my new apartment. Therefore, the exact takeover date is not 100% fixed yet. Most likely, it will be September 1st or October 1st. August is also possible, but the chance is rather small. A bit of flexibility on your part would be great.

About the location and equipment:

  • Bus stop right in front of the door (perfect connection to Stettbach train station).
  • On foot: approx. 18 minutes to Stettbach station and 15 minutes to Dübendorf station.
  • The apartment includes a large basement compartment.
  • The washing machine and dryer are shared uncomplicatedly with the other residents.
  • An underground parking space can be rented for CHF 120/month.
Important - Furniture takeover: The condition for taking over the apartment is that you take over part of the furniture at a fair price.

  • Mandatory takeover: Bed including mattress, curtains, sofa, dining table with chairs, TV furniture, and garden furniture.
  • Optional / not certain: TV and desk. We will definitely agree on the exact price during the viewing!
  • Free of charge: If you want, I can leave you some plants and other kitchen utensils as a gift.
