  • This apartment is the back office of a beauty salon. Never had an issue with it, and the little noise it makes stops early in the evening (no later than 7pm). The landlord owns the beauty salon.
  • The apartment is on the ground floor and just above the boiler. This is perfect for winter, but it also gets quite warm in summer and the apartment is hard to cool down. We used a portable AC during the heat wave and it was fine.
  • The neighborhood is very quiet.
