The shared use of the bathroom and kitchen enables harmonious coexistence among the residents. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.

The rooms are equipped with a single bed, including comfortable mattresses and bedding. Additionally, we provide you with towels, a TV, a small table with chairs, and a wardrobe. Here you will find sufficient space for your personal belongings.

The price for the shared rooms already includes the following services: high-speed internet via WLAN, all ancillary costs for water, electricity, heating, and disposal, as well as regular janitorial and cleaning services for the common areas.

The minimum rental period is 4 months, and the rent deposit amounts to one month's rent.
