Description
Since we are going on a trip for a few months, we are looking for a reliable and careful person or couple to sublet our beautiful, fully equipped apartment.
Rental period: October 1, 2026 to December 27, 2026
All-inclusive price: CHF 1'600 / month (including heating, electricity, water, fast internet, and furniture use)
What to expect:
Sunny apartment in a charming and quiet 3-family house with mountain views and central location. Since we leave everything for use, you only need to move in with your suitcases!
Living in an old building: Beautiful, well-maintained parquet floor in the living rooms and high ceilings.
Modern kitchen & bathroom: Fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.
Huge highlight: A very large terrace, perfect for cozy autumn evenings or the last sunbeams of the year.
Home office ready: A separate, fully equipped office room is available.
Further equipment & extras:
- Laundry room for uncomplicated shared use in the house.
- Covered bike stand available.
- A parking space directly at the house can be rented/discussed on request and by agreement.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a trustworthy, tidy, and non-smoking person (or couple) who appreciates and takes care of our apartment and furniture during our absence as much as we do ourselves.
