The apartment is located in the heart of Oerlikon and is about a 4-minute walk from the train station.
The room costs CHF 1'658 per month, including utilities (heating, building maintenance).
The room is 13.5 m2, with hardwood floors; it's beautiful and bright. Thanks to the large windows, the room is flooded with natural light.
The room is part of a two-person shared apartment. The 4.5-room apartment, which was beautifully renovated in 2019, measures a generous 92 m2 and has a lot to offer: It's located on the 4th and 5th floors (top floor) and features a kitchen that opens onto the living room. A dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and, of course, some plants are provided. A dryer and a washing machine are also in the apartment. The biggest highlights are the balcony and the spacious rooftop terrace.

Das Zimmer ist 13.5m2, mit Holzboden, schön und hell. Dank der grossen Fensterfront ist das Zimmer lichtdurchflutet.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er-WG. Die im Jahr 2019 wunderbar renovierte 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung ist stolze 92m2 gross und hat viel zu bieten: Sie liegt im 4. Und 5. Stock (Dachgeschoss) mit einer Küche, die auf dem Wohnzimmer offen ist. Geschirrspüler, Glaskeramikplatten und natürlich einige Pflanzen sind vorhanden. Ein Tumbler und eine Waschmaschine sind noch in der Wohnung. Grösstes Highlight sind der Balkon und die geräumige Dachterrasse.
