The restaurant is located in a highly visible area in Zurich and offers a clear view into the cozy dining room thanks to the spacious glass front. The immediate surroundings include hotels, shops, other restaurants, offices, and various public transport stops, ensuring a consistently good occupancy rate.

The bright interior can accommodate around 45 guests, who can watch the pizzaiolo prepare the dishes. A special eye-catcher is the large wood-fired oven. In front of it is a spacious pizza preparation station with refrigerated drawers. The area is complemented by a take-away and delivery zone with a drink refrigerator and a drink buffet, equipped with a coffee machine, coffee grinder, beer tap, refrigerated drawers, cash system, wine cooler, glass washer, and sink.

The inviting terrace offers additional seating for about 40 guests. The separate kitchen is extensively equipped, including a saladette, large pasta cooker, 4-plate electric stove, fryer, slicing machine, vacuum cleaner, double sink, refrigerated drawers, dishwashing kitchen with dishwasher, cooling cell, dough machine, and deep freezer. Guest toilets for ladies and gentlemen complete the offer.

Optional, a room and a parking space can be rented additionally. The room is currently used for Airbnb and generates a monthly turnover of around CHF 5,000.
