About us:
We are both 28 years old, female, and have been friends for many years. In our free time, we like to meet friends for apéritifs or coffee, dinner, by the lake, or in our favorite pub for a beer, engage in sports, cook, watch movies, or read books.
About the object:
The apartment is currently still under construction. We will probably be able to move into the new building on August 20, 2026. The building has its own photovoltaic system. There is also a rooftop terrace for shared use by all residents of the property.
The apartment itself is located in the Parco part of the property, with a view of the Heiligfeld Park and the Üetliberg.
About the room:
The shared flat room is one of the two red-marked rooms on the floor plan (Room 1: 14.5sqm / Room 2: 12.5sqm). It is currently unclear which of the two rooms we want to sublet. Therefore, we would be happy if the respective room is mentioned when applying. We would be happy to discuss the room allocation with the applicant.
Room prices:
