Description
We're looking for a fourth person to complete our nice shared apartment in the Beauregard neighborhood, just above Fribourg train station!
The room is available from August 1st, 2026 (an entry around August 15th can also be discussed)
The apartment is very well located: about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 3 minutes from Migros and Denner, and about 15 minutes walk from Pérolles and Miséricorde.
Rent: CHF 510 per month, electricity and Wi-Fi not included.
For electricity, we pay a deposit every three months, about CHF 100 per person, depending on consumption, with a final settlement at the end of the year. The Wi-Fi amount remains to be confirmed.
The room to be taken over is furnished (the furniture can be bought for a small price of 150-200 Fr.), but it's also possible to come to an agreement with our departing roommate if needed!
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 4 rooms, a kitchen, a small living room, and a bathroom with WC, shared by 3 people, as well as a shower, shared by all rooms.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. And we have a cellar at our disposal.
The roommates
We are three girls (between 23 and 26 years old): Benedetta, PhD student, Eliane, specialized educator, and Manon, law student.
At home, we mainly speak French and English (Swiss German and Italian for some)
We like to keep a convivial and respectful atmosphere and sometimes share meals, discussions or small activities together, while respecting each other's space and rhythm.
We're looking for a clean and social person, open to a queer-friendly environment, and who wants to contribute to a friendly atmosphere among roommates.
