I'm moving to other horizons, and I'm freeing up my room in a shared apartment of 2 people in Epalinges from July 6th (between July 6th and 10th, to be defined)
The house is located just next to the Ballegue bus stop (bus 44 and 46). In 7 minutes you're at Croisettes for the M2 metro.
The apartment:
- is located on the upper floor of a large house
- an equipped kitchen
- a bathroom
- separate toilets
- a large balcony
- 2 rooms for your roommate David
- 2 rooms for you
- a garden downstairs
- a parking space for each
- basement
- attic
The room:
- you'll have two rooms in a row just for you, both leading to the balcony (total area: about 25m2)
The shared apartment will end at the latest on December 31st, 2026, as the house will be sold by the owners.
My roommate David is in his 40s, athletic and calm, and he's looking for a single, calm, discreet and respectful person. Pets are not allowed.
Minimum rental period of 3 months.
