Hello!
Our roommate is leaving for work in Biel, a room is becoming available on August 1st in our apartment in Colombier!
We are four people between 33 and 37 years old, (two women and two men, including a couple) who share a large duplex. We all have fairly busy schedules (work or other). There's also our 8-month-old cat, Tofu, who is very affectionate and a bit quirky.
The house consists of three apartments, one of which is ours. It is located 15 minutes on foot from the CFF train station in Colombier and 10 minutes from the Colombier Littorail tram stop. There is no parking space, but a large bike room.
The room is about 15m2, cozy and pleasant. The common areas are large: living room and dining room are open together, large sunny terrace, shared garden with neighbors with vegetable garden and grill/apéro corner. There is also a basement, an attic, and a shared laundry room. The price is 600.- per month, including charges.
We are looking for someone who wants to invest in the life of the house and contribute to a beautiful collective dynamic. We have a roommate meeting about once a month to express our needs. We like to cook and eat together sometimes, but we also have our private spaces. We would ideally like to welcome someone who can see themselves living here long-term, but we are also open to any beautiful encounter.
