For a shared apartment, reliability, honesty, and respect are particularly important to me.
Joint cooking or activities are allowed, but I'm happy to adapt.
It's essential to me that you have a regular income and a fixed employment.
I'm 100% employed and sometimes work from home.
Various shopping options are within walking distance, a bus stop is right in front of the house, and underground parking spaces can be rented.
The highway is 5 minutes away.
Mellingen-Heitersberg train station is a 2-minute bus ride away, from where it's 22 minutes to Aarau or 26 minutes to Zurich Hauptbahnhof.
You can definitely arrive and live wonderfully in this apartment.
I've felt very comfortable here for 2 years and hope to stay for several more years.
