Horse Paradise in Simmental - Berner Oberland

A small jewel for horse lovers with a lot of charm and privacy! The riding facility is designed for at least four horses with an open stable and has been completely renovated.

Highlights of the facility:

- Modern open stable with stall exit and well-designed
feeding system
- Large paved runoff area (loam)
- Horse shelter with runoff and rubber matting
- Separate pasture hut for two horses, also with
rubber matting
- Covered tying area with hot and cold water and sink
- Manure storage with slurry pit
- Heated water connections (cold & warm)
- Small pasture area with slope

Rider's lounge and recreation area:
- Rider's lounge with Swedish stove and new,
cozy kitchen
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Heated saddle and feed room
- Upper floor with large hayloft and storage room

Additional needs or equipment can be added by arrangement.

We are looking for a long-term rental to horse lovers who will care for, manage, and maintain our jewel with care. The ongoing maintenance and ancillary costs for electricity and water supply are at the expense of the tenant.
