We've lived here for over two years and never had any problems. We're leaving it only because we're looking for something bigger to expand our family — so it's with regret that we're parting with it.

The apartment consists of:

• a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, modern oven, and all the equipment of a current kitchen

The apartment is very pleasant to live in: it's well insulated, you never hear the neighbors, and the building is quiet. The neighbors are also very friendly. It's also possible to park bicycles directly in the basement garage.

A parking space in the garage is available for about 150 CHF/month — amount to be confirmed. There's also possibly the option to have access to a cellar for about 30 CHF/month extra, to be discussed directly with the management (deRham).

The location is excellent:

• 2 minutes' walk from the lake

• 5 minutes from a primary school

• 5–10 minutes from EPFL and the University of Lausanne

• bus stop 31 within 1 minute's walk

• bakery, grocery store open on Sunday morning, pharmacy, BCV, kiosk, and butcher directly in the street or nearby

 

There's also the possibility to take over a custom-built wall library for 100 CHF (see last photos of the furnished apartment)

It's a superb apartment, very well located, quiet, and practical for daily needs.
