Due to divorce and moving out, we would like to rent our house.
On the ground floor, there is a great large fully equipped kitchen (Teppanyaki grill, wok, cooking field, steamer, oven, dishwasher) as well as a fantastic living area, high windows on both sides. The ceiling height of 3m is impressive and makes the room even larger. We also have a shower/bathroom (rain shower), a recess and still plenty of space under the stairs for use.
On the upper floor, we have 4 rooms (originally there were 5 rooms, as shown on the plan), a large corridor with storage space for two 3m wardrobes, as well as a large bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, shower toilet and sauna, plus washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garden is generous with almost 200sqm and there are raised beds that are available and can be planted. There is also a raised bed in front of the house for use.
There is a garage parking space, as well as outdoor parking spaces. Another garage could be rented for CHF 150.00.
On the roof, there is a PV system, which makes it possible for us to be absolutely autonomous in the spring and summer. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Additionally, there are shutters and fly screens everywhere (except on the back side facing the garden). The house is heated by a heat pump.
Schönengrund is a great place to grow up. The school is within walking distance, as well as the Landi and the Beck. We have everything we need. The view from the kitchen to the Hochhamm (our local mountain) is lovely.
The ancillary costs include water, electricity, and insurance for the house.
