In Rossfeld, Bern, we are renting a newly created attic apartment as of September 1, 2026, or by agreement. The former attic has been extensively renovated into an apartment with many advantages:

• well-protected loggia with a wide view of the neighborhood (power connection & light are also available)
• modern kitchen with high-level oven & stylish lighting
• large bathroom with bathtub

• photovoltaic system (PV) & solar system newly integrated into the roof for a possibly green ecological balance
• thanks to the PV system & a ZEV (association for self-consumption), you benefit from more favorable electricity conditions during the day than with ewb
• basement compartment available

Environment
Unfortunately, we cannot offer parking spaces. Many parking spaces are available in the blue zone around the building.

RBS "Bern Tiefenau" or the bus stop "Rossfeld" can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
