Hello everyone
Since my two current roommates are moving out, I'm looking for a person to share the apartment with as a 2-person shared apartment. If two suitable people apply, a 3-person shared apartment is also possible, but my preference is clearly for a 2-person shared apartment.

The apartment is located on Birchstrasse in 8057 Zurich and offers over 100 m² of living space.
The following are available for shared use:
Since my two roommates are taking their furniture with them, the current sofa and dining table will also disappear from the living area. I already have a sofa, but I think it would be nice if we could decide together how to furnish the living and dining area in the future.
The real highlight of the apartment is the floor plan: the sleeping areas are separated from the living area by corridors, doors, and the two bathrooms. This means that you can hardly hear anything in the rooms when there are guests in the living room or someone is watching a movie. At the same time, the apartment offers a lot of privacy, even though you share the kitchen, living room, and balcony.

The current total rent is around CHF 3,120 per month. In a 2-person shared apartment, we would split this accordingly.
There is a possibility that the rent may be slightly adjusted in the future. However, this is rather unlikely at the moment, as the landlord would need to carry out renovations first. If this changes, it will be communicated transparently.

The apartment is located between Bucheggplatz and Oerlikon train station.

About me
I'm in my early 30s, working full-time, and I don't want a functional shared apartment, but a relaxed and uncomplicated living together.
It would be nice if we could meet for a coffee, a joint dinner, or a movie in the living room from time to time. At the same time, I appreciate that everyone has their own retreat - this apartment is perfect for that.
Since I work during the week, I value a quiet living atmosphere in the evenings from Monday to Friday. Of course, there's nothing against having guests or joint evenings - mutual consideration should simply be a matter of course.
I'm ideally looking for a working person in their mid-to-late 20s to early 30s who also values a respectful, clean, and harmonious living together.
Order, cleanliness, and open communication are important to me. Guests are always welcome, as long as you agree in advance and consider each other.
