* 1 small storage room (in addition to the 4 rooms)
* personal cellar, bike parking and laundry room available in the building
* all windows overlook the garden, quiet
* very bright apartment
Visit: Friday, July 3, morning, time will be communicated (in case of interest, file to be given on site / sent within 3 days following)
Important: we are looking for a replacement tenant to propose to the administration seeking to take over the lease (ideal for a couple or small family).

Copy of a valid identity document (passport, identity card) for Swiss citizens
Copy of valid residence permit for foreign nationals
3 last pay slips or other documents attesting to income
Original extract from the debt collection register (valid for a maximum of 3 months)
Certificate of liability insurance
