Description
A room will become available on August 1st in our shared accommodation in Lausanne, in the Beaulieu neighborhood. The rent is approximately 950 to 1100 CHF per month, depending on the room, including all utilities (including internet and cleaning).
Our accommodation is a large and beautiful duplex apartment. It has two large common areas (a living room and a dining room), a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a basement. We also have a balcony with a magnificent view of the lake and access to a garden. To make our lives easier, we have a cleaning lady who comes once a week to clean the common areas.
Currently, we are 6 active and dynamic professionals who enjoy sports and various hobbies. We have a convivial atmosphere while respecting each other's independence. We mainly speak French, but some of us also speak German and Spanish.
We are looking for our new roommate, aged between 27 and 35, with a stable job. We would like to find someone who is open-minded, tolerant, and accustomed to community living.
