The apartment is furnished, was renovated in recent years, and is located in a quiet but very central area. Dübendorf train station is just a 5-minute walk away. The Glatt, beautiful walking paths, the forest, and various shopping options are all nearby.
You can furnish your room to your liking. Additionally, you will have your own cellar room and two fixed washing days per week. A parking space can be rented if needed.
About me: I am an uncomplicated, open, and outgoing person. Professionally and privately, I am often on the go and therefore not at home too much. At the same time, I also enjoy a cozy day in my own four walls. I value a respectful, pleasant, and relaxed living together.
The deposit is half a month's rent.
