Description
I am subletting a room (about 20 m2) in the apartment on the 8th floor where I live and I am looking for a person for 1, 2 or 3 months (until the end of September).
- Location: Fribourg, Boulevard de Pérolles, 2 minutes walk from the main station
- Large Migros within 5 minutes walk
- Rent: 850 CHF / month (all inclusive - see below)
- Deposit: 400 CHF
- Availability: immediate
Move-in: between now and July 6 / first week of July (we can discuss).
Move-out (must be by September 30).
The apartment is fully equipped and the price includes:
- WiFi
- blue tax bags Fribourg
- washing machines and dryers on the -1 floor (normally paid in this building)
- electricity, water, heating
- detergent, soap, toilet paper, paper towels
- cleaning products + utensils (rags, sponge, mop, vacuum cleaner, etc.)
- iron + ironing board + clothes rack
- spices
- electric kettle
- pots, plates, mugs, cups, cutlery
The apartment has a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
About communal living:
- You are a non-smoker
- You are someone who works 80 or 100%, preferably
- It's important because I work from home 2-3 days a week in the living room (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)... But we can discuss.
I am looking for someone who is mature, calm, clean and respectful, and who really understands how to live in a shared apartment.
- I do not tolerate theft, disrespectful or negligent behavior.
- Cleaning and household chores are shared every week (we alternate weeks).
- The refrigerator space is shared fairly and respectfully, no theft.
- There is enough storage space in the kitchen for both of us.
