Description
3-room old building apartment in a very quiet location, centrally located, only 5 minutes walk from Hardbrücke. The apartment is currently divided into 1 bedroom, 1 children's room, and a living room. I work for Swiss Airlines and live in Berlin with my family. Therefore, I am only very rarely in the apartment (sometimes I'm not there for several months, sometimes I'm there for a few nights a month).
It would be most suitable for a single parent whose children are there on alternate weeks, as there is already a large children's room. It worked wonderfully with my current roommate. I then slept in the living room, while he had the 3-room apartment mostly to himself.
Otherwise, it would also be possible for you to have 2 rooms for yourself and I use the 3rd (smallest) room as my bedroom. The 2 larger rooms are connected by a passage, so you have maximum privacy, even when I'm there.
The rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
