Description
We are looking for a subtenant from 15.09 to 01.04.27 for our fully furnished 3.5-room holiday apartment.
The apartment has a large living/dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The two adjacent rooms are renovated and very charming with sloping ceilings and visible beams. The rooms face east and have skylights with blackout options. The large windows to the dining area can be darkened with curtains.
The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
In the basement, there is a communal washing machine/dryer.
The apartment could hardly be more central:
- only 5 minutes from CH-Romanshorn train station (with direct connections by regional express train, e.g., to St. Gallen, Zurich, or Konstanz)
- directly on the Lake Constance cycle path
- directly at the SeePark (public barbecue area, pedal boat rental, harbor, lake access for swimming, lawn, beach bar, restaurants...)
Despite this, it is very quiet due to the nearby recreation area with a night-time driving ban.
Commuters who only use the apartment from Monday to Friday will be preferred when applying.
The specified 1550 CHF corresponds to the monthly rent from 15.09.26 to 1.4.27 (including ancillary costs for the furnished apartment). The rent can be reduced if we can also use the apartment from time to time (similar to a shared apartment).
