Due to early departure, I am looking for a solvent tenant to take over my ideally located apartment in Lausanne.

The furniture is not included but can be sold to the new tenant if needed.

If you like the apartment after the visit, the dossier must be quickly transmitted to the administration (on paper or in digital version).
Required documents:

- Copy of identity document (identity card, passport) or residence permit (B, C, etc.).
- Copy of the last three pay slips (or other proof of income guaranteeing solvency).
- Original certificate from the Office of Pursuits (dated less than 3 months).
Note: Only complete dossiers will be considered by the administration for the takeover of the lease.
