In the newly built residential complex The Bricks in Kloten, I am looking for a new subtenant for my newly founded 2-person shared apartment (no need to enter into a rental agreement).
The start of the subletting relationship is earliest on August 1, 2026.
It is a 3.5-room apartment (99 m²) with a large covered balcony (19.6 m²) in a west-facing location, which is perfect for relaxed summer evenings and sunsets. The room to be sublet is 13.5 m² in size and has a large window in an east-facing location. Additionally, the apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms, a large living room, and a modern kitchen.
You would share the apartment with a 26-year-old Swiss person who originally comes from western Switzerland (speaks fluent German, French, and English) and works in the aviation industry at Edelweiss Air. I am rather reserved and quiet, but I enjoy good company and like to do things with others regularly.
I am looking for a subtenant, preferably between the ages of 20 and 35 (male or female), who is tidy, quiet, and considerate.
The rent is 1,700 CHF per month, including a monthly utility fee of 125 CHF. Additional costs (e.g., Serafe, internet, TV, etc.) as well as deviations from the monthly paid utility fees (included in the 1,700 CHF rent) will be invoiced or reimbursed according to the final statements.
When moving in, a deposit of 5,000 CHF is required to cover any damage to the apartment as well as the provided furniture and appliances. This will be refunded at the end of the subletting relationship, provided that no damage has occurred.
The apartment offers a very good connection to Zurich Airport (bus stop directly in front of the house with up to 11 connections per hour to the airport, journey time 7 minutes). Additionally, Zurich main station can be reached via the airport in just 22 minutes (depending on connections).
