Directly on the lake & close to the city, we rent from 1.9.2026 or by agreement a spacious 4-room apartment (85m2) on the upper ground floor on Lake Constance. A parking space is included in the rent.

The house is located directly next to the beach and yacht harbor Hörnlibuck/Rorschacherberg. St. Gallen can be reached in 15 minutes at quarter-hour intervals by S-Bahn. The train station and a grocery store are within walking distance.

Oriented west with a view of the harbor and the lake, the entrance, living room, and kitchen form the living area, extended by a balcony. On the east side of the apartment are three bedrooms or offices, all with a lake view.

Equipment: one bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, sink; kitchen made of bleached solid maple with granite countertop, ceramic glass stove, dishwasher; floors made of solid oak parquet, in kitchen, entrance, and bathroom made of light stoneware tiles; connection for telephone and cable TV in all rooms; basement compartment with connection for washing machine and dryer, attic compartment; shared laundry room.

The apartment is not suitable for pets.
