Description
I am releasing my great apartment on the ground floor of a 3-story house in a small, flower-filled and tree-lined dead end for September 1st, 2026. It is located 5-7 minutes on foot from the train tracks and 2 minutes from the "Beauregard" or "Bethléem" bus stops (lines 2, 6, 11).
It consists of a bedroom, a living room, an entrance (with 1 access to the house hall and an independent entrance), a dining room connected to a kitchen (with the possibility of adding a door between the two) and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in front of the house and an area under the trees. The atmosphere in the house is very nice with great neighbors.
For info: the rent is 1020 frs WITHOUT counting the heating (and electricity). The heating is gas, the house being old, you still have to heat quite a bit. I estimate that you need to count 200 to 300 frs extra per month for gas. I specify that work will be done in the coming months, with window replacement, insulation between the basement and the ground floor, and installation of a heat pump, which should greatly reduce heating costs and improve overall comfort.
There is no management. The owners prefer a single person.
I will organize visits:
- Saturday, 20th at 2 pm
- Tuesday, 23rd at 7 pm
You can send me a message introducing yourself briefly and giving your availability on these dates. I will contact you to propose a visit if possible.
I will send the files of interested persons (and solvent) by mail to the owners in the week of June 22nd. The file must necessarily include the last 3 pay slips (+ possibly guarantor), household insurance, certificate of prosecution.
