Furnished rent: CHF 625.-
+ CHF 160.- standard ancillary costs (water, electricity, heating)
+ CHF 150.- cohabitation services including:
- common spaces: 200m2 (cafeteria, multipurpose room, laundry room, gardens, lounges...) shared with 20 other eco-inhabitants, each with their own private accommodation.
- Wi-Fi, taxes (SERAFE, ECA)
- Homemade soaps and laundry with laundry room 24/7
- 4 bio-vegetarian meals in buffet per month, prepared by a chef (choice of 8 dates per month)
+ CHF 100.- common grocery store accessible 24/7 for inhabitants, with basic products (spices, flour, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer as well as vegetables from the garden.

Important: There is a request for a contribution to the collective: 10h/month (8h from 2nd year): for the maintenance of the garden, the production of soaps, the cleaning of common spaces, according to needs. (Or, if no time contribution, CHF 160.-/month)
It is a cooperative housing, without real estate speculation. The rents are at cost price. All tenants are also co-owners; they must invest equity in the form of cooperative shares (which are refunded at the end of the rental agreement), the sum depends on the m2 of their private accommodation.
We also speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
