In our future apartment on 2 floors with plenty of charm, we (my daughter and I) offer 2 medium-sized rooms, ideal for creating a cozy and inspiring living space
for example:

a room for sleeping
a room for office, studio, creativity or relaxation (as you like)

(the possibility of renting a large room instead can be discussed)
All in the beautiful blue house in Beauregard, just 2 minutes walk from the train station.

Here, life is sweet:
we will have a large garden to share with you, a warm atmosphere, and a quiet and human daily life with a mother, her daughter (50% childcare) and Pepito the cat

practical and peaceful neighborhood
convivial atmosphere.

A perfect place for someone looking for more than just a simple rental: a place where you can feel good to study or simply live with simplicity.

Our small requirements: someone who is calm, positive and benevolent, with a sense of humor (that's a big plus :-)) , who feels comfortable around children and loves music.

I work from home, so the day must be quiet but not silent, reassure yourself. We share life, but we also respect someone who is more solitary, feel free.

We are moving in on August 1st as well, so the apartment is currently occupied by a co-location of 4 people.
