My roommate and I wish to hand over our fully furnished apartment, just two steps from Lausanne train station, ideally on June 1st, 2026, and are looking for someone who would like to take over our lease under the same conditions.
It is also possible to take over the two rooms of the apartment (2x 1495.-).
The 3.5-room apartment (90m2) is spacious, bright, ideally located, and just two steps from Lausanne train station (Avenue Louis-Ruchonnet 24). The apartment has two furnished bedrooms. The metro m2 and m1 (Vigie) are a 5-minute walk, and buses 1-3-*-**-**Plus are 3 minutes (Cecil) away. Nearby are nice places (Korean barbecue, Impression Café for brunches).
The apartment also has a living room, a dining room with equipped kitchen, a washing machine directly in the apartment.
Two bathrooms (1 toilet and 1 toilet + shower) and two balconies.
The total rent is 2990.-, including charges (a flat rate of about 50.- per month is to be expected for electricity).
Cats are allowed.
No parking spaces are included (there is a possibility to rent one about 50m away).
A security deposit of one month's rent is also required.
