Please note that this is an interim rental. The reason for this is an upcoming construction project by the Stiftung Habitat for this rental property, and an extension of the rental agreement is therefore excluded. Due to the interim use, no renovation work will be carried out in the rental object before moving in. We therefore consider this apartment to be ideal for people looking for a affordable and flexible temporary solution in Basel.

The apartment is located in a multi-family house from the 1870s with a lot of character. A special highlight is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a corner bathtub.
