We are an architect and a doctor and are looking for a new roommate for our 3-room apartment in Schmiede Wiedikon from August 1st.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from Wiedikon train station (direct connection to the airport in 10 minutes). Everything you need for daily life is practically at your doorstep: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, fitness studios, and other shopping opportunities can be reached in less than two minutes on foot.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2026, and we are the first occupants since the renovation. The special character of the old building apartment has been preserved. The heart of the apartment is the spacious and bright living room with its beautiful stucco ceilings and classic old building details, which give the apartment a very special charm.

A bright room with approximately 17 m² is available. The previous roommate will take all the furniture from her room, so this can be completely newly furnished.

A large part of the equipment in the common areas will also be taken away. This creates the rare opportunity to redesign the apartment together in the coming months. We will newly furnish the common areas and place great emphasis on quality, aesthetics, and a consistent overall picture.

The apartment also includes two bathrooms, two balconies, and a spacious living and dining area that offers plenty of space for a pleasant living together.
