I am subletting my studio for 3 months or more. I am going abroad and I want to leave it to someone who will take care of it.
It is furnished and wifi access is already available for 45 CHF/month.
Located in the old town on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, with a nice view of the Zaehringen bridge and the greenery.
I am leaving the equipment for the kitchen and household chores (appliances + dishes etc.) and my plants in exchange for good care for the duration of the rental.
Quiet neighborhood, transportation is accessible within 5 minutes on foot.
And 1 minute for a terrace cafe or a good pizza or even an African shop on the ground floor of the building.
It's a place with a holiday atmosphere, small but very comfortable.
