Description
We are looking for a subletter for our apartment on the third floor of a historic building in the center of Bellinzona. Entry: September/October 2026.
Spacious and bright kitchen and living room, winter garden, two balconies, bathroom with bathtub and guest bathroom, separate laundry room, two bedrooms.
We are in a pedestrian zone, so the apartment does not have a parking space: we have solved this by requesting a parking permit from the municipality outside the center (but still just a few meters from home).
Pets are allowed, of course with the agreement of the landlady.
