Hello!
We're a shared accommodation in the center of Lausanne looking for a new roommate to join us starting early July. The room is 16m2 and unfurnished, but the entire apartment (100m2) is furnished.
We're three young, active people looking for someone in our age group (28 years old), also active, who is ready to integrate into the life of the shared accommodation, ideally a woman for a long-term stay (min. 1 year).
We have different lifestyles, but that doesn't stop us from spending time together, whether it's over an aperitif or a meal. We usually do it spontaneously and it works out great!
We would like the person who joins us to have the same dynamic as us and also be sensitive to the following points. It's essential for us to feel comfortable with the person:
- Being tidy and enjoying living in clean common areas
- Willing to get involved in the life of the shared accommodation and not just pay rent. But also respecting quiet moments and each person's space.
- Having a sensitivity to sustainability. We sort our trash, do many things ourselves, and buy second-hand.
- Liking green plants! We have a few and love them very much!
The apartment is really nice! We have a new, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, plants, a separate bathroom, and 4 bedrooms. However, we would like to go from 4 to 3 roommates this summer, but it's still under discussion. If that happens, we would have a living room with a nice balcony, but the rent would also increase.
We're on the 3rd floor in a small building, so it's pretty quiet and the neighbors are super chill. We're organizing viewings!
