Located in a small building with 4 apartments, facing the mountain and less than 5 minutes' walk from nature. 5 minutes' walk from Môtiers station or the bus stop. There are about a dozen steps to enter the apartment.
The apartment is a 4.5-room duplex with a terrace:
3 toilets and 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bathtub)
3 bedrooms (1 large on the ground floor and 2 medium-sized on the upper floor with each having an attic)
1 large living room
1 equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, and freezer, open to the living room

The rent being 1870.-, I must stay until the end of the lease on 30.09.2026 alone in this apartment, I am looking for someone who would need a place to stay for a short period to sublet this accommodation, so it would be a shared accommodation for 2 people (including me). The requested share is 900 CHF, but there is a possibility to negotiate if needed. The share for the month of August will be calculated pro-rata.
The only condition is the entry at the beginning of August (flexible by a few days) and the exit from the apartment on 30.09.2026, if then the desire to keep the apartment alone arises, the person can contact the management to see if it would be possible to renew a lease contract.
I have one of the two attic bedrooms on the upper floor, we can also discuss who takes what for the rest.
I would like to emphasize that the apartment is furnished in the photos, but from 04.08.2026 until the end of the lease on 30.09.2026, most of the furniture will no longer be present. The kitchen will remain equipped, as well as the bathrooms. The apartment will therefore not be furnished in advance for the potential subtenant.
