Mi occuperò personalmente di mettere in contatto il futuro inquilino con lagenzia per organizzare il subentro. English Furnished apartment available from September 1st I am looking for someone interested in taking over my accommodation starting September 1st 2026. The property will initially be sublet for the month of September. After that, the tenant should be willing to take over the lease directly with the agency for a minimum of one year, subject to the agencys approval and contractual conditions. I will personally put the prospective tenant in contact with the agency to facilitate the lease transfer process. Monthly rent: CHF 850 The rent includes most utilities and building expenses, excluding electricity (and any other charges specified in the lease agreement). The accommodation is fully furnished and includes: - Sofa bed - Table - 4 chairs - Shoe cabinet - IKEA 5-drawer chest - Long storage cabinet/dresser (Furniture takeover: price to be agreed) Kitchen equipment such as plates, pots, pans, and other utensils may also be included upon agreement.
