In our future apartment on 2 floors full of charm, we (my daughter and I) offer 2 medium-sized rooms, ideal for creating a cozy and inspiring living space
for example:

a bedroom
an office, workshop, creative space, or relaxation area (as you like)

(the possibility of renting a large room instead can be discussed)
All in the beautiful blue house in Beauregard, just 2 minutes walk from the train station.

Here, life is soft:
we have a large garden to share with you, a warm atmosphere, and a calm, human daily life with a mother, her daughter (50% childcare) and Pepito the cat

The little extras:
a pleasant, green garden
possible parking space
a practical and peaceful neighborhood
a convivial atmosphere.

A perfect place for someone looking for more than just a simple rental: a place where you can feel good to study or simply live with simplicity.

Our small requirements: someone who is calm, positive, and kind, with humor (that's a big plus :-) ), who is comfortable with children and likes music.

I work from home, so the day must be calm but not silent, reassure yourself. We share life, but we also respect someone who is more solitary, feel free.

We are also moving in on August 1st, so the apartment is currently occupied by a 4-person shared accommodation.
