In a small multi-family house with 6 rental parties, we rent a cozy and well-equipped 2.5-room apartment with approximately 60 m2 in a sunny, quiet, and yet very central location. The lake, the train station, and the ship station are within a two to three-minute walk. The location is very family-friendly and child-friendly. Kindergarten and school are nearby and are not even 200 meters away. Additionally, various restaurants invite you to enjoy themselves in the vicinity.
The apartment is versatile. It is suitable for a sophisticated single household or for a couple, just like for a single household with a child or as a small shared apartment.
The living area is extended by a balcony. Furthermore, a garden seat is available for shared use by all tenants. The house is characterized by a very pleasant tenancy. Pets are allowed.
