The lake, the train station, and the ship station are within a two to three-minute walk. The location is very family-friendly and child-friendly. Kindergarten and school are nearby and are not even 200 meters away. Additionally, various restaurants invite you to enjoy themselves in the vicinity.
The apartment is versatile. It is suitable for a sophisticated single household or for a couple, just like for a single household with a child or as a small shared apartment.
