I am looking for a subtenant from mid-August for my bright 3.5-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bremgarten. The parking space and cellar compartment are already included in the rent. Although the apartment is very central (about 5 minutes' walk to Sunnemärt and train station), the environment is pleasantly quiet both during the day and at night. The balcony has afternoon and evening sun and invites you to linger. The kitchen was newly installed at the beginning of last year. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available. The use is already included in the ancillary costs and is regulated by a laundry plan. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The apartment is partially furnished and sublet until 31.03.2027. The apartment can be taken over after that if desired.
