The atmosphere is quiet, it's not a party shared apartment.

- Clean (who cleans the stove after use, who rinses/cleans the sink after use, etc...)
- Responsible
- Professionally stable

If your thing is loud music, slamming doors in the morning, evening, night, spontaneous parties, dishes that meditate 48 hours in the sink, or the sink that's decorated after each use, then this accommodation is not for you.
