Im gonna rent out my lovely one room apartment from 1st of July 2026 because of travels.

Theres a balcony & a big rooftop!

My place is well located in Wiedikon/ Kalkbreite, 1 min to the trainstation and 1 min to the bus/tram station.

Grocerys are everywhere around, 3 min by foot! A lot of Coffees, Bars an Restaurant are aswell reachable by foot.
2 minutes by train to ZH HB!

I love my place and Im looking for a really clean, organised, friendly and flexible person to give my apartment to, for this longer period of time.
