I am pleased to offer my fully furnished apartment for short-term rental, with a minimum lease period of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. The apartment features a spacious terrace and a well-equipped kitchen for your convenience.

The location of the apartment is highly convenient:

- 7 minutes walking distance from Stettbach train station
- 2 minutes walking distance to Zurich Mattenhof tram stop
- Situated on the outskirts of Zurich City, within the triangle of Wallisellen and Dübendorf

All additional costs are included in the rent, covering electricity, hot water, access to the communal laundry room in the basement, final cleaning, and more.

Please note that the displayed prices and data are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. They are not contractual or binding. Upon agreement, you will be provided with a Sublease Contract.

Indoor parking space is available upon request.
