Well-located on the Forch with access to the Forch highway and a 5-minute walk to the Forchbahn station, our bright commercial space with ramp balcony and views of the Zürich Oberland is available. The room has two separate toilets (one with IV standard), a bar with water connection, a storage room at the back, and a small storage room with sloping ceiling. It has space for deliveries and level access. The house is heated with geothermal energy and the rooms have underfloor heating and new windows.
The premises are suitable for office, studio, practice, handicraft or as a movement room with many possibilities. We are open to usage or also if new ideas are to be realized.
There is also the possibility of shared use of the catering kitchen next door.
A parking space is also available.
