In the beautiful and natural Zurich-Witikon, my 1-room apartment will be available from July 1st to September 30th. The small but fine apartment is located on the upper floor of the residential building and, in addition to the living room, has a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and an entrance hall. Additionally, the apartment comes with its own garage.

You can expect the most modern Electrolux-GrandLuxe-series kitchen appliances, a high-quality bathroom fixture (with Schmidlin bathtub), plenty of light in the living room, and a southwest-facing balcony. In the entrance hall, there is a spacious built-in closet. All rooms are equipped with large windows, and you can enjoy the view of the Uetliberg and up to the Glarner Alps.
