The room, 14 m2, will be available again from early August.
Located at Route des Arsenaux 35 in Fribourg, the apartment is a 4.5-room apartment of 119 m2. As it is a through apartment, it is very bright, which makes its charm. It is 10 minutes walk from the train station, close to a large park (domino), the Boulevard de Pérolles, a large Migros, the universities, the university and a small forest.

There is a large living room, a veranda (currently guest room), a balcony equipped with a barbecue and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) as well as two toilets.

The building includes a local and a cellar.
We are two young thirty-year-olds, a pastry chef and a barista. We like to cook together, watch movies and try to keep our green plants alive. We are rather quiet during the week and active on weekends. We are looking for someone of the same generation as us.
The price is 740.- including charges, which also covers electricity, internet, Serafe and household insurance.

All the furniture in the room, bed, bed drawers, wardrobe, table,... are for sale or giveaway.
