Roommate Wanted Spacious Shared Apartment in Zurich

I'm looking for a new roommate to take over a room in a beautiful shared apartment in a very convenient and well-connected location near the Waffenplatz area in Zurich.Pls tell me about yourself otherwise o will not replyDeposit is: 10.000 chf

Details:

• Rent: CHF 1,700 per month (half of the total rent of CHF 3,400)
• Available for one person
• Bright, comfortable apartment in an excellent location with public transport, shops, and amenities nearby

The apartment lease would be taken over jointly. A rental deposit equivalent to three months' rent is required by the landlord. I am willing to cover half of the total deposit, meaning the new roommate would only need to contribute their share.

A little about me: I already live in the apartment and am looking for someone to replace my current roommate who is moving out. I have a very friendly dog, so it's important that you are comfortable around dogs and ideally enjoy having one around.

I'm preferably looking for someone aged 40+ who values a peaceful, respectful, and tidy home environment.
