An unfurnished room is becoming available in our 3-person shared apartment from July (exact date to be determined together).
The apartment is located between Chailly and La Sallaz, in a quiet and well-served neighborhood. It is 110m² and includes a large living room, a veranda, a balcony, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, it also has a basement, an indoor bike room, a shared laundry room, and the possibility of renting a parking space for a car or motorcycle.
Rent: CHF 987.- per month
We appreciate sharing a meal, a drink, or an activity from time to time, while respecting each person's space and rhythm. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to integrate into the life of the shared apartment, beyond just sharing a space.
We are looking for an active, convivial, and respectful person, ideally between 25 and 35 years old.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
A participation of CHF 150.- is required for the furniture and equipment of the common areas. This amount will be fully refunded when you leave.
