Suitable for a single person, non-smoker, who keeps clean and is solvent. The rent price is all-inclusive, except for electricity in winter, when it's cloudy for a long time. A candidate who likes to help with gardening (e.g. mowing the lawn) is preferred. Cats are allowed.
