We offer a partially furnished or unfurnished room in a shared apartment, 2.5km from LIsle train station. The apartment is located in a village house in one of the hamlets of the commune, off the main roads. It is situated 12 minutes from Lac de Joux and 20 minutes from Morges by car.
The 23m2 room on the floor is west-facing with a beautiful, unobstructed view of Lake Léman and the Alps from its large private terrace (12m2). It is offered for CHF 880.- including charges. A parking space and WiFi are included.
The deposit is two months' rent.
The apartment has a shared bathroom with bathtub, a fitted kitchen with gas stove, large fridge, freezer, dining table. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
A grocery store, café-restaurant are 10 minutes walk away. There are also shops such as post office, bank, butcher, baker/pastry shop, mini-market, haberdashery and kiosk in the village of LIsle.
We are three flatmates, including a 20-year-old man, Pizzaiolo, as well as two fifty-year-olds who are irregularly present according to their activities.
We are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and fond of cats. Because Mimith, our cat, has been part of the household for 10 years.
