For my cozy 2.5 room attic apartment in Oensingen, I am looking for a tenant from September 1st.
The apartment is located in a quiet house with only two parties and convinces with its special charm. Throughout the apartment, sloping ceilings and visible wooden beams create a very cozy atmosphere. The bright living and dining area is open-plan and offers a beautiful living experience. The entire apartment has wooden or laminate flooring. The kitchen has a low-maintenance floor.
A major plus is the spacious balcony for private use. This area offers plenty of space to relax outside. The house was newly insulated in 2024, which means the apartment remains pleasant even in summer.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a private washing machine with integrated tumble dryer function.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a new refrigerator from 2025. The kitchen fronts were foiled by me in a modern anthracite gray. If desired, the foiling can be removed, so the original light yellow kitchen becomes visible again. The kitchen can, of course, also be taken over as it is.
A parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rent.
Shopping facilities such as Coop, Migros, Müller, Aldi, and other shops are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in about one minute. The motorway connection is also very good and quickly accessible.
The furniture visible in the pictures can be taken over willingly, if desired. This includes, for example, the bar in the kitchen area with additional storage space, shelves, and other pieces of furniture.
